1. What iPhone models do you support?

We currently offer cases for most iPhone models, including iPhone X–17 series (Pro, Pro Max, Plus, Mini). You can select your exact model from the dropdown menu on each product page.


2. Are your cases compatible with wireless charging or MagSafe?

Yes! Most of our cases are wireless charging compatible. If you’re looking for MagSafe-compatible options, please check the product description — it will clearly state “Supports MagSafe.”


3. What materials are your phone cases made of?

Our cases are made from premium TPU, polycarbonate, or hybrid shockproof materials, providing strong protection against drops, scratches, and daily wear while maintaining a slim design.


4. Do your cases protect the camera and screen?

Absolutely. Each case is designed with raised bezels around the camera and screen to prevent scratches or damage when placed on flat surfaces.


5. How long will shipping take?

  • U.S. orders: Usually delivered in 5–9 business days.

  • Europe & Canada: Around 7–12 business days.

  • Rest of the world: 10–15 business days depending on location.
    Tracking information will be emailed once your order is shipped.


6. Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our partner warehouses in the U.S. and Hong Kong, depending on your order destination.


7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can contact us within 12 hours to make changes or cancel. Once the order is shipped, we can no longer modify it.


8. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

No worries! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or process a refund right away.


9. Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. Please reach out to our support team before sending the product back to get return instructions.


10. Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?

Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders (10+ units). Please email us at HUEEDGE@OUTLOOK.COM with your quantity and model requirements.


11. How do I clean my phone case?

Use a soft damp cloth with mild soap or alcohol wipes. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives that could damage the print or coating.


12. Is my personal information safe on your site?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.) to keep your personal and payment information 100% safe.


13. Do you make cases for Android phones too?

Currently, we focus on iPhone cases, but Android models may be added in the future — stay tuned!
